Monday, April 20, 2009 — 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM EDT

This interactive and lively presentation uses long term care and chaos theory to demonstrate the parallels of decision making power held by organizations and their clients. Ideas for creative program enhancements will be explored.

Monday, April 6, 2009 — 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM EDT

This provocative, case-based seminar provides a framework for ethical decision-making in today's real world. Some theoretical constructs essential to creating such a framework will be discussed, but we will primarily work with topical issues and content relevant to community ethics. Students and practitioners will be provided with a toolkit to assist them in ethical decision-making in every day practice.
