This year, Sakura Japanese Language School is open to children ages four to seven. Next year, we are planning to launch an additional class for older students. Please come and see our resource rich child-friendly environment!
Registration is not necessary. Prospective students are welcome too. Parking is available.

Please join us as we celebrate International Week on campus! Renison will host the Fiesta Fundraiser on Tuesday, November 13 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm in Renison's Great Hall Cafeteria. There will be Mexican food and drinks for sale (bring your toonies!), free activities, and information about Renison's Canada-Mexico International Learning Experience (CMILE), a program that takes students into the heart of Mexico to promote awareness of cross-cultural issues and a deeper understanding of issues of social justice.
Join men's basketball coach Greg Francis for dinner in Renison's Great Hall Cafeteria on Monday, November 12! After sharing a meal, Coach Francis will deliver a talk and then open up the floor for a question and answer period.
The event is open to everyone; you can either purchase your dinner at Renison's cafeteria or bring your own! (Renison residents can attend for free.) Seating is limited.

Please join Renison Professor Idrisa Pandit as she takes part in the Abrahamic Faith Forum. The forum will explore Jesus in the three faith traditions - Jewish, Christian and Muslim. This forum has been in place for several years, and allows scholars of the three Abrahamic faith traditions to come together and engage in dialogue over common themes or personalities from their faith traditions.

Master of Social Work Information Session
Are you interested in pursuing your Master of Social Work? Have some questions that need to be answered? Join us on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 in the Dunker Family Lounge from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m.
Representatives from various Master of Social Work programs (including Renison's own School of Social Work representatives) will be presenting information regarding MSW program overviews, admission processes, and admission requirements for their respective schools.

The Order of St. Lazarus will be holding their fall meeting on Sunday October 21, 2012 at Renison University College. The day will start with worship as they join the regular community at St. Bede's Chapel at Renison, where a flag will be dedicated on behalf of the order, and the chapel recognised as their Waterloo 'home'.
