The Canada & Mexico program provides intercultural learning experiences at home and abroad. The international experience is hosted by CETLALIC (Centro Tlahuica de Lenguas e Intercambio Cultural), an alternative Spanish School integrating study of the Spanish language with cultural experience and analysis of cultural issues. - You will spend three Saturdays visiting and interacting with community leaders in urban and rural Waterloo Region as an introduction to the impact of the relationship between Canadian and Mexican culture.
- You will spend a week of study in Cuernavaca and Mexico City learning from farmers, economists, activists and community workers there. Enhance your experience of the landscape with a first-hand look at the lives and issues of its populace.
