On Wednesday, October 22, BSW students Denise Soueidan-O'Leary and Madeline Mackenzie participated in the Fourth Annual Interprofessional Case Showcase at the School of Pharmacy. This event is run by the Interprofessional Educators Collaborative (IPEC) of Waterloo-Wellington.
Professor Kristina Llewellyn has been elected President of the Canadian History of Education Association (CHEA) at their bi-annual meeting in Saskatchewan at the end of October. This means that Waterloo will be host to the 2016 conference of the Canadian History of Education Association. Plus, one of Renison's own sessional lecturers, Nicole Sanderson, was elected Secretary/Treasurer of CHEA at the same time. Llewellyn and Sanderson both teach the History of Education in Canada course in SDS.
