Eating Disorders Awareness Week (EDAW) is a nation-wide event that is held each year in the first week of February. On February 6, 2015, Renison University College contributed to Canadian awareness of the destructiveness of eating disorders (EDs) and cultivating compassion for those who live with EDs by holding its 3rd annual EDAW event, co-hosted by Social Development Studies and the School of Social Work.
The School of Social Work will be celebrating Social Work Week by holding a workshop on "Mobilizing Strengths in Individuals and Communities Through Art" on Monday, March 2, from 12:00-2:00 pm in the Great Hall Cafeteria. The three parts of the workshop will be:
