WPL Lecture Series Moves Online

During May, Renison partnered with the Waterloo Public Library to bring the remaining two lectures of our series with them, which was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. These lectures were recorded, and are now available on Renison's YouTube channel!

Statement in solidarity with racialized communities

Renison University College rejects racism and hatred in all its forms and stands in firm solidarity with racialized communities. We declare our commitment to anti-racism in response to the recent murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police and the police-involved death of Regis Korchinski-Paquet in Toronto, as well as the other numerous incidents of racial violence that have led to the deaths of Black, Indigenous, and people of colour (BIPOC) (Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Jason Collins, Eishia Hudson, D’Andre Campbell, Machuar Madut, among others).

The Board of Governors invites nominations for one upcoming vacancy on the Board effective January 1, 2021 for a three year term. The Board is seeking a candidate who has recent experience in financial management, preferably in a public organization (e.g. municipality, university, health care, or other not-for-profit corporation).
