Among the highlights were Chinese songs, Tai Chi, traditional folk music, tongue twisters, Bejing Opera, and a puppet show.

After a full day of competition, Christopher Kelayna from York University placed first. Natalie Bell from University of Toronto shared second place with Vera Kornilovsky from York University.  Two University of Waterloo students,  Wilfred Evertsz and Ahmed Sabie, won third prize along with Amra Mujithaba from York University.
