Rosemary Vito, MSW (WLU). She has worked as a clinical supervisor and clinician in children's mental health at Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services in Guelph for the past twenty years. Currently, Rosemary is working on her PhD in Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is focusing her research on participatory leadership models in human service organizations. Rosemary has also completed an article on the importance of reflective supervision in social work practice, based on qualitative research findings, which she plans to submit for publication shortly. Rosemary has supervised many social work students and clinicians through the years, and she is continuing this in her role as a TA at the Faculty of Social Work, WLU and lecturer at Renison University college, U of W.
