All CRC positions must be advertised internally and externally. All advertisements should include (at a minimum):
- Waterloo’s equity and diversity commitment statement,
- encouragement for individuals from the FDG to apply,
- information on the Tier 2 justification process (for Tier 2 Chair positions) (see section on Chair Position Advertisements), and
- name and contact information of an individual who can answer questions regarding the application process, assessment process, eligibility, the CRC program etc.
