Coordinated by the Office of Research, members of Waterloo’s Human Resources, and the Human Rights, Equity, and Inclusion Office (which includes the Equity Office, Conflict Management, and Human Rights Office, and Sexual Violence Response Co-ordinator) will facilitate the implementation of Waterloo’s CRC Equity Action Plan, as well as regular review of the plan.
Please contact the Director of Equity for questions and concerns related to the following:
- education, training, and equity toolkits,
- advice and consultation about identifying and addressing equity topics, and promoting equity on a case-by-case basis, and/or
- equity surveys and other equity tools that track progress against equity targets.
The Equity Office will work with Human Resources to manage confidential equity data and university-wide surveys. Other targeted events will be developed by the Human Rights, Equity, and Inclusion Office.
