The top three most valuable brands in the world in 2016 (according to Forbes) were Apple ($154.1 billion), Google ($82.5 billion), and Microsoft ($75.2 billion). Learn how to create and protect your brand's value by attending the free trademark presentation.

Presented by Eric Luvisotto, Technology Transfer Officer, Waterloo Commercialization Office, the workshop will start with a review of University of Waterloo IP followed by a detailed discussion on trademarks, trade secrets, and industrial designs. A Q&A and short networking session will follow. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.

The Waterloo Commercialization Office (WatCo) offers commercialization services and expertise to package and convert research innovations into commercially viable products and services.
