Individuals who aren't affiliated with the University of Waterloo and want to submit a research ethics application to conduct a study:
- On-campus
- Involving University of Waterloo faculty, staff, or students
- Jointly with University of Waterloo faculty or staff
Will need to complete the application using the Virtual Private Network (VPN).
To access the network, a temporary WatIAM account is needed. Please contact the Office of Research Ethics with the following:
- A description of your research study
- The name(s) of your University of Waterloo collaborators
- Your name including middle initial
- Your affiliation
