Keystone Campaign - Bringing About Better Understanding (BABU)

The Keystone Campaign invites faculty, staff and retirees to a talk celebrating the power of philanthropy.

Inspired by a local healthcare professional's drive to improve child health in Nepal, two University of Waterloo students set out to make a difference.

When Kathmandu’s new International Friendship Children’s Hospital opened, these two students committed their time and energy to find the talent and equipment to help support the fledgling facility’s mission.

Join us to hear how BABU (a Nepali term of endearment) is helping to improve children’s healthcare in that country.

The Keystone Campaign engages and inspires the campus community in philanthropy. Every year, our family of faculty, staff and retirees donate over $1 million and countless volunteer hours to support the University of Waterloo.
