Assistant Professor

Professor Yue HuProfessor Yue Hu specializes in human-robot interactions and humanoid robotics, focusing on understanding different aspects of humans when physically interacting with a robot.

Many robots, such as collaborative manipulators and humanoid robots, are meant to be used in close contact with humans, with possibly unavoidable physical interactions. From biological and physical signals, coupled with the analysis of perceptions, it is possible to guarantee safe interactions, both from a physical and a mental point of view.

The RoboHub allows for conducting studies, experiments, and testing on different types of robots, allowing for developing safe interactions for a variety of situations and environments.
