MSc. Student

Owen holding lobsterI completed my Bachelors of Science from the University of Guelph, majoring in Marine and Freshwater Biology. I then, in my professional life, worked doing analyses on Great Lakes fish populations as well as field data collection and lab work. Currently, I am completing my MSc. looking at wetland policy implementation, and specifically, doing a review of the Alberta Wetland Rapid Evaluation Tool-Actual (ABWRET-A). This consists mainly of data analysis to identify ways in which changes in the tool couldĀ improve the conservation status of the most ecologically-important wetlands.
