lm= Research Consultants began in 2018 to cater to the needs of technology start ups looking for high-quality research consulting. lm= is located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and is comprised of design and psychology-driven folk. Hajer Al Homedawy initiated the initiative after interacting with many University of Waterloo (UW) start-ups, especially in the technology sector, who expressed frustrations with start-up failures. Currently, many tech teams base user experience decisions without a behavioural science training background. Equipped with an empirical research background Hajer decided to offer all her psychology and business knowledge for free for start-ups within the region. Since then, lm= is steadily growing! We welcome all start ups to reach out for support. If you are unsure how to validate (i.e., make accurate) your user experience measures or are unsure if your existing measures are even reliable (i.e., consistent) don't hesitate to reach out. lm= might be a humble research consultant team, but lm= packs a punch when it comes to psychology-driven evidence-based solutions.
