Truzaar's work on sustainable finance has earned him numerous accolades, including the "Top 30 Under 30" Sustainability Leaders Award by Corporate Knights, the Clean50 Emerging Leaders Award, the Energy Council of Canada Energy Policy Research Fellowship, and the best paper award from the Administrative Science Association of Canada. In response to his recognitions, Truzaar says "I am deeply thankful to all that foster my freedom to pursue research I am truly passionate about, for providing a platform for me to share my work, and for believing that the work I do is important.
