Tracy holds a CPA designation.  Her previous positions at UW include Faculty Financial Officer and Faculty Financial Analyst in the Dean of Engineering office.  Prior to joining the University, she was the Accounting Officer for the Waterloo Region District School Board and a Senior Manager at KPMG, Waterloo Office.

Main accountabilities:

• Brand leadership and strategic guidance in oversight of SAF's brand and visual identity
• Strategic development and operational oversight of communications and external relations
• Support and guidance to SAF areas in strategic communications and external relations
• Oversight and execution of SAF and Waterloo's brand and visual identity
• Management of the Communications & External Relations team

Kaitlin is a marketing and communications professional that is passionate about storytelling and brand identity. Kaitlin previously held the role of Senior Manager, Liaison and Integrated Communications, and prior to that she was the Graduate Recruitment Officer within the Dean of Arts. As a proud Waterloo alumnus, Kaitlin has earned her master's degree in Rhetoric and Communication Design.
