Tracy holds a CPA designation.  Her previous positions at UW include Faculty Financial Officer and Faculty Financial Analyst in the Dean of Engineering office.  Prior to joining the University, she was the Accounting Officer for the Waterloo Region District School Board and a Senior Manager at KPMG, Waterloo Office.

Jessica is an events and marketing professional who has a passion for bringing people together who share a common goal or interest. You’ll often find her behind the scenes of the SAF events ensuring the school’s vision comes to life. Jessica has an extensive background in event and marketing management through her education, as well as past roles in events for Wilfrid Laurier University, Home Hardware Stores Ltd., and Cowan Insurance Group. In her spare time, she manages the marketing and promotions for the Elmira Maple Syrup Festival, the largest one-day maple syrup event in the world.

Joyce has previously held positions within the Registrar’s Office and Centre for Behavioural Research and Program Evaluation.

  • Maintains course data and manages the grade/exam appeal and review process
  • Assists Payroll and Exam Coordinator with exam packaging and distribution, proctor scheduling/recruitment/direction

Keidon is the competitions coordinator after working full-time and part-time in the role of  ‘social media and web associate’ for the SAF Communications team as a co-op student since Fall 2019. As a UWaterloo alumni in the Faculty of Health’s Recreation and Sport Business program, Keidon is excited to stay and learn at the University post grad.

Lynn Graham has been a staff member at the University of Waterloo campus in areas such as Public Relations, Recruitment, Anthropology Department, the Centre for Ground Water Research and most recently in the School of Accounting and Finance. In her student services role, Lynn is also involved in Orientation planning, transition activities for students entering university, and the Peer Mentoring Community of Practice on campus.

Victoria is an alumni relations and fundraising professional, supporting the advancement priorities and initiatives at the School of Accounting and Finance.  A proud UWaterloo alum, Victoria has her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, where during her time as an undergraduate student, Victoria worked in a diagnostic imaging clinic before coming into a co-op position with the Advancement Team at the School of Accounting and Finance.  Since graduating in 2019, Victoria has remained at SAF and is now pursuing her Fundraising Management Certificate from the Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University.

Eric is a digital media and web professional, providing support and guidance to ensure SAF's and Waterloo's brand and visual identities are applied consistently and professionally. Eric provides technical expertise in the support of AFM's 1st year PBL courses. Prior to joining the University of Waterloo, Eric held roles as Data Centre Manager for Blackberry and Regional Operations Manager for a national aquarium consulting firm.

Patty is a senior facilitator for OHD and SSO delivering workshops for the Student Leadership Program and Personality Dimensions. Patty previously held the role of Associate Director of Admissions and Communications, providing leadership and strategic direction in the admission, recruitment, conversion, and retention processes for SAF's signature professional undergraduate programs. A proud UWaterloo alumnus, Patty has worked for various faculties across campus in the areas of admissions, recruitment, outreach, marketing, and communications.

Kelly has a passion for helping prospective students navigate their way through the university application process. You'll often find her chatting with prospective students and parents at SAF/UW recruitment events, DECA events and even grocery stores (true story). She also utilizes her professional background in radio and television broadcasting to produce SAF marketing videos and digital content. Kelly also runs the SAF Ambassador and Outreach Program (SOAP), which has her working closely with current students. For Kelly, the cycle of recruiting students, mentoring them in SOAP, then cheering them on during convocation is an incredibly rewarding experience.

As a proud Waterloo alumnus, Kaitlin has earned her master's degree in Rhetoric and Communication Design.
