Senior Manager, Change Management, AGCO
Elaine Lee is currently the Senior Manager, Change Management Office at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario where she is responsible for leading the organization to respond better and faster in today’s disruptive business environment. Prior to that, she accumulated over 15+ years of experience in various leadership positions in Finance, while at the AGCO and LCBO.
Having graduated with her BA in Accounting in 2003 and earning her CPA while at the LCBO, Elaine was the recipient of the University of Waterloo’s School of Accounting and Finance’s 2012 Young Alumni Achievement award. She is also a two-time honouree of the SAF Fellowship Program and current President of the SAF Alumni Association.
Elaine has also garnered numerous awards in competitive public speaking and leadership earning her the Distinguished Toastmaster designation. Elaine is also a strong supporter of the CPA profession, having been a past speaker at the Canadian Professional Symposium, Ontario career development and networking days, as well as student mentor and past member of CPA Canada’s Audit Data Analytics committee.
Outside of work, Elaine is an avid food photographer, fitness enthusiast, web designer for various small to mid-sized businesses and holds an ARCT diploma in piano performance from the Royal Conservatory of Music.
