All personal Connect accounts have been migrated to Office 365 as of Fall 2020. Generic accounts and shared mailboxes have not. Please refer to the Office 365 email migration instructions on how to set up your Office 365 account.
- Confirm you are entering your WatIAM userid correctly.
- Confirm your WatIAM password by logging in to the WatIAM user access page.
- Refresh your WatIAM entry by changing your password.
