Can’t log in to Mailservices

(only alumni and some temporary staff)

Mailservices is scheduled for decommissioning in the future  – contact us to find out which alternative service is right for you. Please note that all undergraduate email is now hosted on Office 365.

  • Try logging in to SquirrelMail.
  • For Connect, try to log in at connect.uwaterloo.ca.
    • If you get the message, “Access denied”, please email the Science Computing Helpdesk and we will request an account for you.
  • Confirm your WatIAM password by clicking "Log in to WatIAM" on the WatIAM user access page and entering your WatIAM credentials where directed.
