SIH Presents: Scientific Innovation and EntrepreneurshipExport this event to calendar

Thursday, May 28, 2020 — 2:00 PM EDT

Dr. Joseph Bondy-Denomy may have first become known for his discovery of anti-CRISPRs during his Ph.D work at the University of Toronto, but these days he’s proving himself to be nothing less than prolific as he runs his own research group at the University of California San Francisco. He’s since expanded into the entrepreneurial space as a co-founder of Acrigen Biosciences, translating his one-of-a-kind anti-CRISPR expertise into technological applications.

We’re excited to have Joe sit down to chat with us about his journey as a scientist at the very forefront of a red hot field and how he’s managed to balance a bustling lab with entrepreneurship.
