Microaggressions are offhand subtle expressions of implicit bias. They can be damaging to an inclusive and supportive workplace culture – particularly the Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (SETT) workplace culture where women are not on an equal basis with men in terms of participation and leadership.
This session is focused on understanding and identifying Microaggressions at work through discussion, self-reflection, and experience-based learning. led by a professional WinSETT facilitator.
