Join us on October 26th for an extravaganza of hands-on science discovery for school-age kids.
From 10:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday we'll fill the Science Teaching Complex (STC) and EIT with opportunities for kids to explore science! This is a free event. In addition to hundreds of activities at various locations in STC and EIT (brochure provided at entry points), we have a few other things going on during the day:
- Grand Opening of our Timeline of Elements exhibit: hear how this collaborative effort came to be, and celebrate the amazing result! 1:30 p.m. lower STC atrium.
- Chemistry Shows at 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in STC 1012.
- The stunning Gem and Mineral Show, hosted by the Earth Sciences Museum, will also be open Friday afternoon from 12 noon to 6 p.m. and all day Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in EIT.
Parking will be available in Lot C (free). See Campus Map. No registration is required for this free event.
