How I get involved: I'm a volunteer for Science outreach, a science ambassador and a trained south Indian classical singer. Aside from this, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and canoeing because I find it very relaxing.
Why I love my program
I've always had a love for attempting to understand our universe, which is why i chose to apply to
Physics and Astronomy. I've enjoyed all my courses so far and cant wait to see what the future holds for me. Also, I've really had a lot of fun living in Waterloo and have made some great friends here.
Why University of Waterloo?
I was attracted to the university because of its large co-op program. Having been on campus for just over a year, I really enjoy the learning environment and how friendly everyone is. Also, being from a different country, I found that Waterloo made integrating into the Canadian culture very easy.
