Stream of study: Regular
Minor: Joint Honours Social Development Studies
Career goal: Genetic Counselling or Nursing
Favourite food: An everything bagel with cream cheese!
How I get involved: Most of my time not spent in class or working as a science ambassador is spent hanging out with residents and planning programming as a Residence Don! In addition to that I have also acted as the Renison Academic Student Council President, participated in basketball and dodgeball intramurals, been a member of UW's branch of Best Buddies, volunteered with the Warrior Tribe, worked as a Statistics TA and lots of other fun stuff!
Why I love my program
I love how flexible my program is, allowing me to pursue multiple interests and cater my degree to fit me perfectly.
Why University of Waterloo?
I love how I am able to get the best of both worlds here! Living in one of the affiliated university colleges, I get the tight-knit community feeling of a small school, while studying at UW gives me all of the perks and constant excitement of a big school. Also the city of Waterloo is great! Everything is student-oriented, there's lots to do and it feels super comfortable and safe.
