Why I love my program
I really love the way my program incorporates the different science disciplines into it, you're able to test the waters of the different science disciplines and become a well-rounded student, its flexibility because you're able to personalize you're study plan through the choice of many electives and the way it prepares you for professional schools (especially the MCAT).
Why University of Waterloo?
I wanted to study in a program that was very specific and geared toward a profession in medicine and the biomedical program was a perfect fit for me. The sense of community at the school, especially within Science, and the opportunities available to students whether its academic or extracurricular really helped me in my decision of choosing the University of Waterloo.
