Fall 2020 Update: All lockers are use at your own risk. Lockers maintained by the Biology Department, located in STC 3rd floor B1 second floor, are not for use (indicated by zipties).
If you wish to use a locker in the Faculty of Science, be advised you are doing so at your own risk. Lockers are available on the first day of classes of a term until the last day of exams for the same term. After the last day of exams, all remaining locks will be cut and locker contents will be removed.
We will no longer require students to complete a web form registration to use a locker. There is no cost associated with using a locker. Simply choose a locker and provide your own lock.

Earth Science and Chemistry (ESC) – 1st floor (ESC 102, ESC 125, & ESC 145) and 2nd floor (ESC 216)
Environmental Information T (EIT) – 2nd floor (EIT 2807)
Physics (PHY) – 2nd floor (PHY 203)
Science Teaching Complex (STC) – 2nd Floor (STC 2806)
Science Teaching Complex (STC) – 3rd Floor (STC 3803 & STC 3823) - not for use in Fall 2020
Locker Usage Terms and Conditions
- When you are using a locker, you are acknowledging the locker usage is at your own risk and the start date as the first day of classes for the term and the locker clean out and lock removal date as the last day of exams for the same term. Remaining locks will be cut and lockers cleaned after the last day of exams each term.
- Locker usage is permitted for the purpose of storing personal items with the exception of perishable food and drink (excluding water).
- If using a locker, you are agreeing that the Faculty of Science, Science Undergraduate Office, University of Waterloo and all affiliated offices are not responsible for the locker contents.
University and local policies and laws may apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
