Biography:
Nancy Heide is the Director of the Student Service Centre (The Centre) at the University of Waterloo and has a passion to help students individually and collectively. Nancy’s experience includes student services, entrepreneurship (Velocity), event management and planning, marketing and undergraduate recruitment, advancement, and alumni affairs. She has in-depth knowledge of providing exceptional service to students, creating and building student service units, community building, and managing a diverse high-impact team. Nancy has been a member of the University of Waterloo community for over 30 years and is a graduate with a BA in English Literature & Languages.
