As Director of the Sedra Student Design Centre, Peter helps new and existing teams access the resources they need to succeed in their competitions. From equipment to space to sponsorship to finances, the ability of the Sedra Centre to assist its teams continues to expand.

Financial Administrator

Paula joined the Sedra Student Design Centre in May of 2011 to fill the newly created position of Administrative Assistant. She has since been promoted to the position of Financial Administrator and now handles all finances for the department, the student machine shop, as well as the student design team accounts.

Victoria Alderson

Administrative Assistant

Victoria started working at the University of Waterloo in 2012 where she came from the School of Optometry having a diploma in Medical Office Administration. Then moved to Engineering, with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering where she worked with faculty, staff, and students in an administrative role.

Graeme has been working in the Engineering Student Machine Shop for the last two years. During this time he has gained and understanding of the students and teams needs within the Sedra Student Design Centre. As manager, he will be in charge of daily supervision, safety and training, as well as, supporting engineering students with their projects. He is looking forward to assisting students and teams get the most they can from the SDC.
