UW MATES

A counselling-based, one-on-one peer support program offered by the Federation of Students (FEDs) and Counselling Services.

Drop-in hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Located in Counselling Services at Needles Hall (New Expansion – 2nd Floor).

Appointments: Mon, Tues, Fri: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm;

Wed, Thurs: 8:30 am –7:00 pm

Located in Mental Health at Health Services (2nd Floor).
