Staff Engagement Survey 2013
The staff survey was conducted by the Waterloo Organizational Research and Consulting (WORC) group on behalf of the Staff Association in June, 2013. WORC is centered in the Department of Psychology, but is independent of the University and the University of Waterloo Staff Association (UWSA). Individual responses were confidential, and neither the University nor the UWSA has access to the survey data. Feedback based on this survey will be provided at group or aggregate levels (i.e., averages across individuals).
The staff response rate was approximately 40%. The information provided will assist the UWSA in identifying both existing areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement in staff experiences. Presentations of the Staff Survey Report 2013 (PDF) will be arranged for staff where findings can be discussed in an open forum.
