Special General Meeting - Quorum needed!

A UWSA Special General Meeting will take place:

Thursday, November 29 at 9 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
(coffee and treats will be served)

Location: DC 1302 (right beside the UWSA CRAFT SALE!)

Note: Our constitution requires that election results must be presented to the membership and we must have quorum of 50 members for the president to take office.

Proxy forms: If you cannot attend, please fill out a proxy form and send to the UWSA Secretary, Jason Gorrie (jbgorrie@uwaterloo.ca) or deliver it to the UWSA Office (DC 3603) 24 hours prior to the Special General Meeting (forms must be received by 9 a.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2012).

Note: The UWSA Craft Sale is happening right next door the same day - come to the SGM and browse through the beautiful hand made crafts afterwards!!
