Understanding Staff Salary Increases

Joan Kennedy, Compensation and Benefits Analyst, will be presenting "Understanding Staff Salary Increases at the May Area Rep meeting

Speaker Bio:

• Has worked at UW for over 7 years in Human Resources, focusing on the benefits and compensation programs
• Received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from Trent University in 2004, followed by Post-Grad Human Resources Diploma from the University of Guelph in 2006
• Received Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation form the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario and has enjoyed many years volunteering with their mentorship program in a variety of capacities

Purpose: The purpose of the Area Reps committee is to exchange information about current issues facing staff at UW and to keep an open line of communication between the UWSA Board of Directors, Area Reps, and all staff in general.
