UWSA hosted a virtual Staff Conference Drop-In Session again this year, as part of this year’s Waterloo Staff Conference. Directors and staff were available to answer questions on a wide range of topics including a plan to host regular President drop-in sessions, supporting a wellness spending account rather than the traditional account for benefit allotments, the review status on staff salary anomalies, and the benefits of being a member of the UWSA. Thank you to just over 80 people who took the time to attend!
Finally, thank you to Yvonne McDougall-Brady, the UWSA Johnson Insurance rep, for once again generously sponsoring a door prize for a Staff Conference draw. This year, the prize was a W Store gift card for $500. UWSA members who attended the Drop-In Session were eligible to fill out a ballot for a chance to win. All entries were placed in the app, Wheel of Names, and after spinning the wheel, the lucky winner is Ashley Schatz.
