The Office of the Associate Provost, Human Resources has purchased an unlimited institutional rate to the NCCI (Network for Change and Continuous Innovation) annual conference for all employees at the University of Waterloo to attend as a free professional development opportunity.
NCCI’s 2021 virtual conference will be held July 21 and 22 from 11am - 5:30 pm EDT each day. You can review the list of sessions to get a sense of what is being offered, including a presentation on change management and process improvement from Waterloo. This is a great professional development opportunity to learn from continuous innovation and change practitioners from across North America.
The event will feature keynotes, general sessions, and concurrent sessions designed to educate attendees. The conference provides opportunities for the NCCI community to share insights and solutions regarding change management, process improvement, strategic planning, Lean, project management, and innovation in higher education. NCCI is committed to providing quality content and networking opportunities through this virtual experience, allowing you to access the education and connections you need from where you are.
