Session Description

In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving world, curiosity is the foundation of leadership and innovation. In this keynote, Dr. Chika Oriuwa delves into the neuroscience of leadership and creativity, uncovering how a curious mindset fuels adaptability, problem-solving, and bold decision-making. Dr. Oriuwa explores how leaders can harness curiosity to drive innovation while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and connection within dynamic and diverse teams.

In an era where organizations are navigating complex challenges and evolving workplace dynamics, Dr. Oriuwa highlights the critical role of curiosity in bridging divides, ensuring that fear does not lead to disconnection but instead sparks deeper engagement and understanding. By remaining open to diverse perspectives, leaders can inspire creative solutions, strengthen team cohesion, and build environments where innovation thrives.

Beyond the workplace, this keynote offers a blueprint for applying these principles to those we lead and those we love, demonstrating how curiosity can transform not just organizations, but also personal relationships. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to cultivate a culture of innovation, psychological safety, and meaningful connection—key ingredients for long-term success in leadership and beyond.

After her keynote, enjoy a post-session meet-and-greet and book signing for the lucky few that will win one of her books.
