DESCRIPTION:Join Nadine Quehl and Ishari Waduwara-Jayabahu for a gentle mov
 ement\nand mindfulness meditation practice. We will begin with movement an
 d\nstretches to release tension and bring more awareness of the body. We\n
 will also lead some guided meditations and offer some tips on\nenhancing m
 indfulness throughout your day\, and activating your\nparasympathetic nerv
 ous system (the 'rest and digest' state). We will\nprovide a handout with 
 tips and suggestions for home practice.\nBeginners and those with an exist
 ing yoga and meditation practice are\nwelcome.
