DESCRIPTION:This session will introduce fundamental tips to advance accessi
 bility\nand disability inclusion in our workplaces and communities. Drawin
 g on\nlived experience voices of disability and neurodivergence\, the\npre
 sentation will describe the impact of accessibility barriers in the\nworkp
 lace as experienced by members of our University of Waterloo\ncommunity. T
 he presentation will highlight real-world examples of\nworkplace accessibi
 lity barriers and provide guidance on easy\npractices to advance both acce
 ssibility and a culture of disability\ninclusion. Participants will leave 
 with practical strategies for\ncreating environments that go beyond compli
 ance to eliminate common\nbarriers and promote inclusive and equitable exp
