A moon ceremony is a time for women to honour their Grandmother the Moon and all she does for life.

The Full Moon Ceremonies are open to female University of Waterloo students and community members.

This drum group is a chance for students to get together to share knowledge and traditional songs. Open to students from the University of Waterloo.

St. Paul’s University College, together with Aga Khan Foundation Canada and the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development at the University of Waterloo, invite you to join a conversation about Canada’s role in reducing global poverty. This participatory workshop will explore effective solutions to some of the most pressing challenges faced by communities at home and globally. You will leave the workshop with ideas on how you can take action as a global citizen.

Thursday, October 8, 2015 — 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT

The Niagara Peninsula Aboriginal Area Management Board (NPAAMB) is an Aboriginal Employment and Training Agency that provides training and program supports, plus services and referrals to the urban Aboriginal youth population between the ages of 15 to 30.

The NPAAMB will visit the Aboriginal Centre to provide information on the services they offer and to answer any questions. The NPAAMB representative will be here September 29 from 10 am - 12 pm, October 8 from 12 pm - 2 pm, and November 24 from 10 am - 12 pm.
