We know that not all students who join the GreenHouse program end up being lifelong entrepreneurs. Some do, but many go on after graduation to work in established organizations or pursue graduate studies.
Key learning opportunities
Developing key skills such as identifying problems, envisioning solutions, and communicating ideas effectively can be critical in how your student stands out when applying for jobs or grad studies.
Everyone can benefit from having an entrepreneurial mindset, and GreenHouse is a welcoming, supportive space in which students connect with mentors and others to explore and immerse themselves in what it means to pursue a goal.
St. Paul’s GreenHouse is part of a robust ecosystem spanning across the University, the community, and beyond. Your student will be exposed to networks that can carry over into their post-university life and career, and be coached on how to leverage them.
Funding opportunities for projects are also available through GreenHouse and the University at large.
Support for GreenHouse students goes well beyond the financial. Each individual receives one-on-one coaching from experienced entrepreneurs, as well as personal attention from peers and community life staff.
