Join a team and build solutions to innovation challenges within organizations

Join our Workplace Innovation Program

Are you interested in tackling a meaningful problem within a social purpose organization?  If you are going on co-op or academic term and would like to volunteer on a project towards such a goal, GreenHouse provides guidance and support for this. The program can be pursued as a non-credit experiential learning opportunity or alongside a 8 month capstone course, depending on your academic program.

Workplace Innovation is a program where change makers work with a host organization to solve real problems. Teams are trained through an innovation framework to identify opportunities and design for the most impactful solutions.

This program is great for students who want to work on a project but don’t know what problem to focus on or who are interested in working with an organization and a team.

Are you interested in tackling any of the problems below? Workplace Innovation may be the right program for you!

The Workplace Innovation Program is an 8 month experience in which students are matched with a team, host organization and challenge for two terms.

Students will regularly check in with hosts and work through project milestones over the course of the terms. Students will receive training from a coach and receive insight and connections to come up with a solution.
