Indigenous Alumni of the University of Waterloo

This form is for Indigenous Alumni of the University of Waterloo.  The Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) will use the information provided to build a database of Waterloo alumni who self-identify as Indigenous. For the context of this database, the term Indigenous refers to those who identify as First Nation, Métis, Inuit, or Native American and/or any of the specific Indigenous groups that originate from Turtle Island. WISC will not contact you unless you opt-in to being communicated with. The benefits of opting-in will be opportunity to learn about upcoming WISC events, mentorship and networking possibilities with current Indigenous students, and potential student co-op placement or employment prospects for your organization.
