Attention St. Paul's University College students! Are you:

  • Looking for a part-time job?
  • A full- or part-time student attending the university?
  • A good listener and communicator?

If so, apply for a position at the Waterloo Annual Giving Phone Program -- a fundraising initiative located conveniently on campus, responsible for raising monetary support for bursaries, scholarships, research, and many other areas on campus. Student Development Associates act as ambassadors for the university, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships with alumni and parents. This position requires well-developed communication skills and can offer a variety of benefits, including:

  • A flexible schedule of hourly pay. We operate Monday-Thursday from 6-9:30 p.m., and Sunday 12-3:30 or 4:00-7:30 pm. You will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts/week
  • All candidates start at $11/hour – however, an attendance bonus of $0.75 is added to every hour you work in a given month
  • You can also receive up to $400/semester in tuition assistance (determined based on calling hours worked and academic performance)
  • Great resume-building skills and opportunities, including networking opportunities when connecting with alumni and the chance to develop yourself professionally
