Late payments
Outstanding accounts are charged a late fee at the rate of 1.5 percent per month levied on any outstanding fee balances paid after the due date, and at the beginning of each new month they remain outstanding.
Outstanding student accounts will be placed on hold with the University of Waterloo's Registrar's Office until full payment has been received. This may also affect your ability to renew your contract.
Methods of payment
We accept cash/debit, money order, Western Union, bank draft, or personal cheque payable to "St. Paul's University College."
We also accept electronic bank transfers through most major Canadian banks. To add us as a payee, log in to your online banking account, select "Add A Payee" and search under Education. This will display a list of institutions and you will see "St. Paul’s University College." Your account number will be your 8-digit University of Waterloo student ID number.
Please note that we are a separate institution from the University of Waterloo and payments cannot be made through your Quest account.
Withdrawals, graduation, or other status issues
Should any of these situations apply to you, please contact St. Paul's directly to discuss your contract status. Learn more about withdrawing from your contract.
