Toyin is a Ph.D. candidate in Sustainability Management at the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development, Faculty of Environment. Her research interest is on water supply policy and governance in South Africa. Her past work experience includes the roles a volunteer Fundraiser at WaterCan Canada, which is now known as WaterAid Canada and volunteer Project Officer at Stakeholder Forum for a Sustainable Future, UK Committee, where her main project was Water and the Millennium Development Goals. She was also a Sustainability Analyst at UL EcoLogo. She keeps physically fit by running around UWaterloo.
