Ginny Dybenko comes to the role of Executive Director of the new Centre for Digital Media at the Stratford Campus of the University of Waterloo following five years as the Dean of the Wilfrid Laurier School of Business & Economics and over 30 years of corporate experience.
Jennifer Roberts-Smith holds a PhD in English (2007) and an MA in Drama from the University of Toronto. Her research and creative work explore the ways in which form generates meaning in historical and contemporary performance media. She is especially interested in Shakespeare’s language, English theatre history before Shakespeare, and digital visualizations of theatrical text and performance.
Currently a Continuing Lecturer in the Department of Anthropology, Paul has also been a faculty member in the faculty of Engineering.
Greg McIntyre is a UW alumna, having studied Honours B.A. in Psychology, Arts & Business Studies, with an HRM Specialization. He is currently Director of Multimedia at Wilmot Centre Missionary Church.
I am the founding director of the academic programs at the Stratford Campus and have enjoyed this work tremendously. Building a wonderful campus (yes, I did have to wear a hard hat at times during the construction phase of the campus) and brand new programs from scratch has been challenging and extremely rewarding. I would do it all again!
Katherine Schmidt is the Experiential Learning and Events Coordinator for the University of Waterloo, Stratford Campus. Katherine provides critical support for the delivery of all events, experiential learning and internship activities at the UWaterloo Stratford Campus.
Amanda Connolly is the Program Officer for the academic programs at the Waterloo Stratford Campus including the Master of Digital Experience Innovation and the Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts programs.
Stephenie Koerne is the Digital Media Instructor and Multimedia Technician for the Master of Digital Experience Innovation (MDEI) program at the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus. Additionally, Stephenie is the instructor for GBDA 228: Digital Imaging.
Brandi Gillett is the Outreach and Events Manager for the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus. Overseeing community relationships and events management, Brandi's responsibilities include the development and execution of programs related to community partnerships, outreach and engagement activities, student-community relations and alumni affairs.
Andrea West is the Academic Administrative Assistant for the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus. She provides administrative support to our Director, Academic Programs as well as providing support to the Students and Faculty at our campus.
Jordan Mandel is the Digital Media Lab Instructor whose primary role bridges the creative and technical needs of the Stratford Campus and its GBDA students.
Susan Cole is the Internship and Experiential Learning Manager for the University of Waterloo Stratford Campus. She is responsible for ensuring the full participation of all undergraduate and graduate students in the experiential learning components of their programs, both the Bachelor of Global Business and Digital Arts (GBDA) and the Master of Digital Experience Innovation (MDEI).
Leanne Perreault has worked for leading organizations in diverse sectors, including aviation, the arts, and higher education. Working closely with Ginny Dybenko, Executive Director, at the University of Waterloo's Stratford Campus, Leanne provides strategic guidance and planning support for the development and management of its growing operational and administrative structure.
Sheri was born and raised in Stratford, Ontario. She resides in Stratford with her husband Douglas and her two boys, Andrew (15) and Brett (14) as well as her 8-year-old chocolate lab.
