Building effective teams

Attend this workshop to experience, understand, and develop effective teamwork skills. You will:

• Practice getting to know someone virtually
• Learn ways to build a positive team environment
• Identify the personal characteristics you bring to a team through strength-based leadership
• Understand the team stages that you will go through
