Join the immigration consultants to learn about applying for a new temporary resident visa (TRV).
If you're from a visa-required country, a valid TRV is required to re-enter Canada. After renewing your study or work permit, you may need to apply for a new TRV. We'll discuss the application process, required documents and how to mail your passport. There will also be information on inviting a family member to visit you in Canada on a TRV.
Please note:
- This will be an online session. You'll receive a Microsoft Teams meeting link via email approximately 15 to 30 minutes before the session begins.
- This session is open to undergraduate and graduate international students.
- Immigration Information Sessions are where you should start if you're planning on extending or applying for an immigration document, or you want to learn about the immigration regulations related to an immigration topic.
- All "How to Apply for a New Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)" sessions will cover the same material.
